Bryan Svedarsky
PRESIDENT
Meet Raiser Excavation President Bryan Svedarsky, the driving force behind the company’s reputation for precision, reliability, and high-level equestrian construction. Bryan’s journey in the excavation industry began in 2010 in the oilfields of North Dakota, where he started as a laborer before advancing into poly fusion and eventually stepping into a foreman role. The demanding environment and large-scale infrastructure work provided him with invaluable field experience, leadership skills, and a strong foundation in earthwork and site development.
After returning home to Washington in 2014, Bryan immersed himself in the Seattle excavation industry, managing and completing a wide range of residential, civil, and light commercial projects including plat developments, single and multi-family housing, and city right-of-way work. Over time, his passion for equestrian properties and specialized arena construction became a defining focus of the company. Combining technical excavation expertise with a deep appreciation for the equestrian lifestyle, Bryan has helped shape Raiser Excavation into a trusted name for custom horse facilities, arena construction, drainage solutions, and all-weather riding environments built to perform in the Pacific Northwest climate.
Today, Bryan oversees project management, estimating, site planning, scheduling, and client coordination—working closely with property owners to ensure every project is completed with the level of craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail that serious equestrians expect.

Steven Svedarsky
VICE PRESIDENT
Meet Steven Svedarsky, Bryan’s older brother and an integral part of the foundation behind Raiser Excavation. While his path into the excavation and equestrian construction world looked different from that of his father and brother, it ultimately led to the same passion for building exceptional properties rooted in hard work, discipline, and craftsmanship. Steven served six years in the United States Navy before earning his degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, bringing a strong leadership background and operational mindset into the family business.
At Raiser Excavation, Steven oversees the backend operations of the company, managing financials, marketing, logistics, and overall business strategy. His focus helps keep projects running efficiently while ensuring clients receive the professionalism and communication expected from a premier equestrian contractor. Although much of his work happens behind the scenes, Steven remains deeply involved in day-to-day operations and can still be found out on jobsites alongside the rest of the Raiser crew—helping bring custom arenas, horse facilities, and equestrian properties to life throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Steve Svedarsky
OWNER / OPERATOR
Father to Steven and Bryan, Steve is a cornerstone of Raiser Excavation, bringing decades of hands-on experience in business, plumbing, pipework, and excavation. After building and operating his own plumbing company for 25 years, he sold the business in 2019 with plans to retire—but the pull of working alongside his sons and contributing to something built with family pride proved too strong to stay away from the dirt world.
Today, Steve plays a key role in the company’s field operations, often found out on job sites running equipment, installing drainage systems, laying pipe, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew to ensure every detail is done right. Beyond the field, Steve also serves as the company’s in-house machinist and fabricator, designing, repairing, and improving equipment and attachments to meet the unique demands of horse facility construction. His practical knowledge and problem-solving mindset help ensure that every arena, paddock, and equestrian project is built not just to function—but to perform at the highest level in real-world conditions.
